SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Mealor ATMs LLC, doing business as Mealor Business Integrations ("MBI", "we", "us"), operates the MBI Text Alerts program. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. Program description

MBI Text Alerts sends notifications about newly listed ATM location contracts, follow-up messages about ATM, POS and web services you asked us about, and occasional related offers. You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on mealoratms.com or on an MBI lead form on Facebook or Instagram.

2. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on how often new locations are listed and on your inquiries, typically no more than a few messages per week.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. MBI does not charge for text alerts.

4. How to opt out

Text STOP to (877) 737-5049 at any time to cancel. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you won't receive further texts unless you opt in again.

6. Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile number provided, or have the account holder's permission.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US carriers.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

This policy explains what information Mealor ATMs LLC d/b/a Mealor Business Integrations collects through mealoratms.com, our ads and lead forms, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, phone number, email address, business name and address, and details you enter in our contact, demo, listing, and text alert forms, or in our Facebook and Instagram lead forms.
Transaction information: details about ATM location purchases, sales and listings you complete with us. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
Basic technical information: standard information your browser sends, such as device type and pages visited.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries and provide the ATM, POS, and web design services you request
To send text alerts and messages you have opted in to (see SMS Terms above)
To connect buyers and sellers of ATM location contracts when you ask us to
To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

With service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, form processing, messaging (Twilio), email, spreadsheets (Google), and payments (Stripe), and only to perform those services
With the other party to an ATM location deal or partner service you've asked us to arrange (for example, a merchant, operator, or POS installation partner)
When required by law

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact us using the details below.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
